Shipping

We strive to deliver products purchased from Nyva Store in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All orders above certain amount which would be mentioned on the website, will be delivered to your doorstep free of cost. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be applicable to all orders.
1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
2. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. Further, additional charges will be levied for picking such returned goods.

No. At this point, Nyva Store does not deliver outside India

Cancellation

Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order.

Returns





You can return a product by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Select the order you want to return and click on “Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions on this page to obtain a Return ID. If we are picking up the product, we will do so on or before the Promised Pickup Date that will be shared immediately upon creating a Return/Exchange ID. Please keep the product(s) along with original packaging and all the tags ready for pickup. If you are shipping the product to us, please pack the following in a sealed bag: 1. The product(s) along with original packaging and all the tags 2. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it. Your refund should get initiated within 7 Business Day from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse.

Refunds

After the refund has been initiated by Nyva Store as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
1. NEFT – Within 7 business days post refund initiation
2. Nyva Store E-Wallet – Few hours to 7 working days
3. Online Refund – Within 7 business days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note, Nyva Store initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Nyva Store warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Nyva Store may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement
